We collect data that you directly provide us during abstract submission and conference registration.

Inform when abstracts have been received
Inform when abstracts have been accepted for poster or talks
Inform when travel awards have been granted
To include participants on email lists for the sole purposes of providing key dates and information pertaining to the conference
To process registration fees for the conference
Sharing of Information
The information you provide will not be shared with any third parties
Removal of Information
Information will be removed shortly after the end of the conference.
Your email address may be passed on to organizers of future International Meeting on Electrochromism conferences to facilitate communication. If you do not wish your email address to be shared, please contact us, and we will immediately remove your email address once all communications for IME-14 have concluded.
